At Mitzi Lighting, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that installed fixtures or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instructions included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
