What is the standard lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do your lighting fixtures come with bulbs included?
Many of our fixtures include high-quality LED bulbs as part of the package. Please check the 'Product Specifications' section on each product page to confirm if bulbs are included for that specific model.
What is your return policy for home lighting?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and uninstalled condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and customized or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Can I use Mitzi fixtures with a dimmer switch?
Yes, the majority of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard ELV or Triac dimmer switch. Check the specific product details for technical compatibility.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our craftsmanship. Mitzi offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Are your fixtures suitable for bathroom use?
Fixtures rated as 'Damp Rated' are perfectly safe for bathroom environments with high humidity. We recommend checking the 'Location Rating' on the product page before installation.
